Return and Exchange Policy

  1. If an error occurs on our part, such as receiving a different perfume than ordered, leakage, or breakage, the customer will be compensated, and their issue resolved as quickly as possible, provided contact is made within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
  2. Orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. If the customer wishes to cancel the order or declines the shipment, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount according to the shipping company chosen by the customer.
  4. The store reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund to the customer in the event of unavailability of the perfumes or a technical issue.
  5. If the customer wishes to return products, they must submit a request to the store through the customer service number listed on the website within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt. If the product's outer packaging has been opened or damaged, the return request will be denied, as the product is no longer in its original condition. This policy aligns with the Ministry of Commerce's guidelines regarding perfumes.
  6. Refunds for payments made via Tamara will be processed through Tamara.
  7. By completing a purchase, you agree to the store's return and exchange policy terms and conditions.
